Shipping Cost
Netherlands, Germany, the UK, France, and Belgium | shipping to the western European countries is 8 EUR. Free shipping for purchases over 100 EUR. Delivery time 3-5 Days.
International | All international orders will be shipped at a rate of 15 EUR. Free shipping for purchases over 100 EUR. Delivery time is 7-14 days.
All orders processed on business days Mon-Fri.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind for any reason on any full priced item you've purchased from us, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) for a credit note within 30 days, given they are returned in their original condition. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@madluve.com and let us know which item you are returning.
Items must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and labels attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer in case of your personal reason. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
How to Exchange?
To exchange please notify us by email at info@madluve.com within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of email confirmation. When sending exchange email please specify style, size, colour you would like to exchange.
